Cancellation Policy

There will be no cash refunds available after purchase. If you cancel more than 12 hours prior to the start of Klass, you are able to keep your purchased Klass session and use it towards another session. Your session will automatically go back into your account. If you cancel within the 12 hour window or no-show, your Klass session will be forfeited. If you cancel within the 12 hour window or no-show and you have an Unlimited Monthly pass, you will be charged an $12 late cancel/no-show fee. If the business cancels or closes due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not be charged a fee/lose your session and your session will go back into your account to use at a later date. All recurring membership guests will be required to save their card on file for late cancel/no-show fees.
